Angela Vella knows what it feels like to try every diet, follow every program, and still feel like you're going nowhere.

After years of watching women around her — friends, family, and eventually clients — struggle not because they lacked willpower, but because the advice they were given was never built for their bodies or their lives, she decided to do something about it.

She trained as a certified weight loss coach with a specific focus on women's physiology — hormones, metabolism, life stage changes — because the one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work for women.

Today, Angela works with a deliberately small number of clients. Not because she can't handle more — but because real 1:1 coaching means actually knowing your client. Knowing their habits, their struggles, their schedule, and their wins.
